Do I need an account to play?
No. Parcel Punk plays fully offline — no sign-up, no login. An anonymous profile is created automatically only to show you on the online leaderboard.

Does the game have ads?
No. There are no ads.

How do I get new cosmetics?
Cosmetics — paint jobs, trails, titles, garage skins — are unlocked with in-game currency you earn by playing.

My progress disappeared / I got a new phone.
Game progress is stored on your device. Reinstalling or switching devices starts a fresh save.

I found a bug.
